Cloud FinOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive cloud cost optimization, governance, and learning across SEEK’s FinOps and Engineering teams.
• Work with Engineering, Platform, Operations, and Finance to understand, forecast, optimise and
• Apply FinOps practices, data analysis, and automation to improve cost efficiency and business value.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, finance, or equivalent experience.
• AWS, GCP, and/or FinOps certifications.
• Proficiency in scripting or coding languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Hands-on experience with cloud cost management tools (AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, GCP
• Experience with data analysis tools and building BI dashboards (e.g., QuickSight, Athena, SQL
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for cost optimization.
