📋 Description

• Own and continuously evolve the mobile quality strategy, defining the appropriate balance of
• Design, maintain, and improve scalable mobile automation frameworks using Appium, Espresso
• Define testing strategies for mobile-specific scenarios, including app lifecycle, deep and
• Establish device and operating system coverage strategies using real-device testing platforms such
• Lead mobile release quality practices and use crash, performance, and observability data to
• Develop and operationalize AI-assisted and agentic testing workflows for test generation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in quality assurance engineering, with significant experience testing native
• Advanced hands-on experience with mobile automation frameworks such as Appium, Espresso, XCUITest
• Proficiency working with Kotlin and/or Swift, along with solid programming experience using
• Experience developing device and operating system coverage strategies using real-device testing
• Strong knowledge of mobile CI/CD, release, and distribution tools such as Fastlane, Bitrise, App
• Experience with mobile debugging, profiling, crash reporting, and observability tools such as adb
