• Support daily Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Partner with Operations on cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of processes and configurations.

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) including reports/dashboards, user management, and standard
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities quickly and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
