📋 Description

• You own backend development end to end: tech selection, architecture, and scaling features
• Build AI-first workflows with agents, LLMs, and AI-assisted development
• Set and enforce quality standards, CI/CD, and review practices
• Mentor engineers and raise backend practice across the team
• Challenge approaches and drive better solutions across the org

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, 5+ backend-focused
• Deep TypeScript with strong Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL experience
• Proven mentorship track record
• Solid Git, Docker, and CI/CD expertise
• Experience with Scrum/Kanban, JIRA, and Confluence
• English at C1 level+/AI-native development mindset
