Senior Solutions Architect (EDW Enterprise Data Warehouse Migrations)

📋 Description

• Lead regional migration strategy for large-scale EDW migrations to the Databricks Intelligence
• Design and drive technical GTM and adoption strategy with EMEA GTM leadership and account teams.
• Develop programmatic, scalable migration processes and detailed technical guides.
• Build and integrate automated assessment tooling from customer engagements.
• Act as tier-3 escalation point for highly complex migrations in must-win accounts across EMEA.
• Mentor and scale the regional presales migration practice across the EMEA SA community.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of customer-facing experience in pre-sales, architect, or consulting roles influencing
• Legacy EDW modernization architecture understanding (Teradata, Netezza, Snowflake, Synapse
• Mastery of migration scope and progression from EDW to Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Lakehouse architecture, Apache Spark, Python and SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Public cloud experience designing big data architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
