🎯 Requirements
- Advanced medical or scientific degree (MD/PhD/PharmD) with 8+ years in Medical Affairs or
- 10+ years’ oncology/ Medical Affairs experience preferred.
- Expertise in evidence generation, clinical research, and scientific communications.
- Strong strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional influence.
- Regulatory knowledge (FDA, ICH, GCP) preferred.
- willingness to travel >50% (domestic and international).
🎁 Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $221,000–$286,000 USD per year (most US locations).
- Bay Area range: $243,100–$314,600 USD per year.
