Backend Team manager

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers in backend and program management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Design, code and manage large scale, highly available services using .NET, NodeJs, AWS, and
• Lead complex applications in a Big Data environment, addressing server-side challenges.
• Enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles for scalable, secure apps.
• Oversee day-to-day activities, track progress, and optimize processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as a Team Lead or similar managerial role.
• Strong backend expertise: .NET, NodeJs, MySQL.
• Experience with DynamoDB, Firebolt, Snowflake.
• Nice to have: Front-end JS/TS & React.
• Solid software development methodologies, VCS, and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
