📋 Description

• Lead design strategy and execution for one or more product pillars from discovery through delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant product design experience, with 2+ years in a leadership, mentorship or design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systematic thinking, customer empathy, craft and measurable impact.
• Experience leading data-informed product design across the full lifecycle (research, IA
• Deep fluency in design systems, accessibility and scalable product decisions.
• Experience designing for AI-driven or intelligent interfaces and collaboration with ML, data
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers and stakeholders.
