• Navigate advanced coverage questions, mediation, and litigation for complex matters.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of specialized experience handling construction defect claims.
• Active adjuster’s license required.
• Experience investigating and adjudicating construction defect claims, with knowledge of coverage
• Experience handling complex claims with exposure of $100,000+.
• Strong understanding of construction docs, building plans, codes, specs, liability, damages.
• Litigation/mediation experience preferred, especially for litigated defects.
