Senior Legal Executive/General Counsel Coach

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality one-to-one coaching to members via virtual sessions.
• Help members set goals, identify steps, track progress, and stay accountable.
• Leverage senior legal leadership to strengthen leadership, decision-making, and workplace
• Support members with complex professional situations, leadership challenges, and career decisions.
• Create a confidential, respectful environment for growth.
• Communicate with members between sessions via email and in-app messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years of professional experience in legal leadership, including leading teams in tech.
• Experience as General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer with responsibility for a European legal
• Experience mentoring and coaching legal professionals and other leaders.
• Strong executive presence with coaching-focused leadership approach.
• Coaching certification is a plus but not required; will participate in ICF training.
• Genuine interest in transforming senior legal leadership into coaching skills.
