Associate Authentication Analyst (Chinese Speaker)

📋 Description

• Review applications for digital certificates and decide if eligible by evaluating organization info
• Determine if customer’s company is legitimate and has right to use domain on CSR
• Verify customer contacts are employed and have rights to request certificates
• Assess enrolments with local knowledge to mitigate risk and flag suspicious apps

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Excellent written and oral communication in native language and English
• Customer service experience
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree desirable
• Experience in policy/compliance roles (banking, finance, fraud) is a plus
• Detail oriented with high accuracy, fast typing, multitasking, and strong problem‑solving skills
