• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments
• Prepare management accounts and financial reporting packages
• Provide analysis on variances, trends, and business performance
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent qualification
• 10+ years post-qualification, ideally in a multinational/finance controllership role
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience
• Proven experience closing multi-entity, multi-currency books
• Excellent ERP experience; NetSuite strongly preferred
