Java Technical Lead

📋 Description

• Facilitate communication with client stakeholders on project status and recommendations.
• Craft client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and high quality.
• Participate in accurate planning and estimation using project methods and tools.
• Gather requirements and organize/present features for clients.
• Execute complex activities within current methodology and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to address user pain points and drive client

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Java-focused roles with hands-on expertise.
• Java 11, Eclipse Link (Hibernate), JSF2, Bootstrap, CSS3, Oracle DB, AWS, Ansible, Jenkins
• Strong experience with Java 8 or 11
• Willingness to work on UI tasks (JSF used for UI)
• Experience with JPA (Hibernate or EclipseLink), Relational DB, Web frameworks, Maven/Gradle
• Unit testing experience
