Senior Customer Consultant

📋 Description

• Oversee cooperation with top FMCG clients to move it to a strategic level
• Act as main client contact, with regular meetings and discussions with C-level stakeholders
• Lead client meetings, understand needs, and present strategic directions
• Manage daily cooperation and support clients with escalations
• Collaborate with analytical and sales teams to drive client ROI
• Drive adoption of NIQ tools and capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in roles combining client-facing and analytical work
• Experience in FMCG is preferred
• Proven ability to build strong client partnerships
• Client-centric approach with high service skills
• Strong presentation skills and analytical mindset
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint; English and Polish fluency
