Senior Director, Accounts Receivable

📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and develop Accounts Receivable teams.
• Oversee AR operations including EDI, rejection and denial management.
• Establish and optimize policies, workflows, and processes.
• Monitor AR health; reduce aging and improve inventory performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis for corrective actions across revenue cycle.
• Set and monitor departmental metrics; report productivity and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Admin, Business Admin, Benefits, or related field preferred
• At least 5 years in revenue cycle or accounts receivable; healthcare/health insurance preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with offshore billing or revenue cycle operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle metrics, medical billing, financial processes, and business
