📋 Description

• Lead enablement for Databricks and Snowflake partnerships.
• Build scalable, role-based learning paths for data teams and leadership.
• Align enablement with partnership growth and ecosystem adoption.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Develop workshops, bootcamps, and champion programs for data platforms and AI use cases.
• Translate complex concepts into practical enablement content for technical and business audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in partner success, enablement, customer success, or related field.
• Proven track record creating new programs and scalable playbooks.
• Direct experience with data platforms or lakehouse ecosystems (Databricks, Snowflake preferred).
• Ability to launch net-new programs and manage multiple partnerships.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
