• 5+ years as a tech lead for product development teams
• Proven experience with identity and authentication platforms
• Strong expertise in Java, distributed systems, and API design
• Experience with zero-downtime deployments and production-grade systems
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle/NoSQL)
