📋 Description
- Own global referral partner strategy and growth
- Identify, negotiate, onboard and manage referral partnerships
- Develop partner segmentation and incentive structures
- Act as internal sponsor for strategic partners
- Design scalable referral programs with revenue sharing
- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Legal, Finance, Product and Support
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in partnerships, HR tech/payroll or B2B tech
- Proven success growing referral/channel partnerships
- Strong commercial judgment and execution
- Experience managing full partnership lifecycle
- Strong relationship-building with senior stakeholders
- Self-driven with results and impact
