Senior / Quality Operations Supervisor (Bio)

📋 Description

• Supervise Quality Operations Specialists to maintain cGMP-based quality systems at Site Operations
• Act as SME for 3-4 cGMP/QO systems and ensure 24/7 support for operations.
• Provide quality oversight for Warehouse, QC, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT.
• Lead change management and batch record review/release processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve site metrics and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences or related field.
• 8+ years in a GxP environment with Quality Operations experience.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality/compliance for APIs/Biologics; good decision making.
• Excellent communication and ability to interface with auditors and management.
