📋 Description

• The Bookkeeper oversees the organization\'s financial record-keeping, ensuring accurate and
• Maintains accounting records, manages controls, budgets, and forecasts to mitigate risk, ensuring
• Supports multiple entities with reconciliations, financial reporting, and year-end statements
• Performs account reconciliations, maintains digital filing systems, and coordinates year-end
• Handles daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and debt payments
• Role is 100% remote per the job description.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency with QuickBooks and other accounting software; GAAP knowledge
• Experience with US Taxation, financial reporting, budgeting forecasts, and General Ledger (GL)
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Bachelor\'s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience; minimum 3 years in bookkeeping
• Experience handling multiple entities under a legal umbrella and producing timely financial
