• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain shop standards
• Work in a team to serve customers in Ladbrokes & Coral shops
• Handle customer transactions and cash handling
• Promote safer gambling and product knowledge
• Open or close the shop and follow shop routines
• Rotas average 17 hours per week with varying shifts

🎯 Requirements

• You must be 18+ to work in betting shops
• Previous customer-facing experience
• Confident in person with customers
• Familiar with cash handling and payments
