Estimator - Plumbing, Mechanical & Civil Piping

📋 Description

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for plumbing, mechanical, and civil piping
• Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Analyze material quantities, labor requirements, and pricing.
• Prepare accurate estimates for commercial, industrial, and government construction projects.
• Work within established systems and workflows, including Procore and FastPipe.
• Collaborate with project managers to review and improve estimating processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on construction estimating experience in the U.S. market.
• Strong experience estimating plumbing, mechanical, and civil piping work.
• Commercial or industrial construction experience required.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or government projects strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore and FastPipe.
• Experience with estimating and construction software such as Bluebeam, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar
