Workshop Bench Technician

📋 Description

• Fault-finding of electronic and electro-mechanical equipment
• Component level repairs of surface mount circuit boards
• Replacement of module and component assemblies where applicable
• Soldering and de-soldering of surface mount devices
• Reading and understanding circuit diagrams

🎯 Requirements

• Trade certificate, diploma, or certification in electronic principals
• Minimum 2 years experience with industrial electronics
• Competent computer skills (spreadsheets, documents, emails, service management software)
• Ability to work autonomously with good time management
• Collaborative; able to work in a workshop with other Electronics Technicians
• Follow written and verbal work instructions and procedures
