Software Engineer-II Backend

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate backend services, APIs, and microservices.
• Develop reliable, secure, and maintainable production software.
• Work on distributed systems, asynchronous workflows, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
• Contribute to technical design and make thoughtful engineering trade-offs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and observability.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Practical software engineering experience building backend applications or services.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Java, Python, or a comparable backend language.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of asynchronous processing, messaging, retries, fault tolerance, and
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka or equivalent
