Job Description
📋 Description
- Provide personalized academic and financial guidance, explaining policies and resources.
- Manage a student caseload with proactive outreach to support graduation.
- Support student financial matters including accounts receivable and financial aid processes.
- Monitor progress and identify at-risk students; develop interventions to support completion.
- Communicate with students via phone, email, video, SMS, live chat, and other channels.
- Navigate multiple systems and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a connected student
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 3 years in recruiting, advising, student services
- Experience in fast-paced, student- or customer-focused environments, ideally in higher education or
- Academic advising, enrollment, online student support, financial aid, Title IV experience or
- Strong understanding of online learning environments and ability to apply policies/procedures.
- Excellent communication, active listening, interpersonal, and public-speaking skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships, motivate students, and provide high-level customer service.
