Staff Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Plan, track, and execute cross-functional engineering programs and initiatives from initiation to
• Provide regular status updates across internal channels to all levels of the organization.
• Define program charters, plans, and schedules; drive execution and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with product, data, enablement, and support teams to meet customer needs.
• Lead internal cross-functional teams in engineering and validation activities.
• Digest and communicate complex technical issues clearly, and mitigate risks with effective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a technical role (software engineer, QE, platform engineer, etc.)
• 6+ years in technical project/program management
• Agile and waterfall experience; ability to lead large, complex initiatives with minimal oversight
• Proficiency with Jira, Trello or similar PM tools; strong stakeholder alignment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Data-driven, analytical mindset with strong planning and leadership skills
