📋 Description

• As a Cookie Crew Member, you're part baker, part hospitality expert, and part late-night hero.
• Welcome guests, bake and package cookies and treats, and manage orders (in-store, pickup, delivery
• Operate the register and process guest transactions while keeping the bakery clean and stocked.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the line moving and resolve guest concerns with empathy.
• Deliver an experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
• Evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts are common; be flexible with scheduling.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain food safety certifications as required by location
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
• Stand/walk up to 8 hours; lift up to 40 lb; work around ovens and cold storage
• Strong communication, organization, and math skills; team player
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
