📋 Description

• Lead NA tax matters and regional ownership for Arrive
• Drive tax optimization per Group Tax Strategy and risk
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Treasury, Ops and advisors
• Lead tax system implementations and automation initiatives
• Oversee financing structures, intercompany transactions and cash flows

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in corporate tax, transfer pricing and indirect tax
• Strong governance and risk management capabilities
• Cross-functional partnering and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage tax audits, inquiries and disputes
• Knowledge of US/NA tax compliance and reporting
