Head of Legal - Healthtech Scale up

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee all legal matters for Lifen, excluding labor law, with focus on health data
• Manage and grow the Legal team, reporting to the CFO, ensuring high contract quality and risk
• Guide legal strategy for partnerships, clinical research, M&A, fundraising, governance, and
• Coordinate with external counsel and represent Lifen with authorities and partners.
• Drive process improvements, use of AI in legal workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of legal experience with exposure to complex contractual and regulatory environments.
• Experience managing a team of at least 3 people.
• Strong expertise in data protection, digital law, and health data; knowledge of CNIL, RGPD, and
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑actor contracts (hospitals, pharma, CROs, academia
• Ability to understand product and technical implications to effectively liaise with Product, AI
• High autonomy, ability to frame, prioritize, assess risks, and drive clear paths forward.
