Senior Full Stack Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate front-end experiences for xero.com and signup journeys
• Deliver customer-facing improvements while maintaining performance of a high-traffic platform
• Own complex initiatives end to end; mentor peers; improve front-end and back-end solutions
• Collaborate with product, design, and SEO to run rapid experiments
• Partner with platform and customer-technology teams to integrate services and CMS

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building scalable UI systems with React and TypeScript
• Full-stack web development foundation with Node.js and AWS familiarity
• Testing discipline, component libraries (Storybook), and web performance optimisation
• Strong ownership and communication across engineering, design, product, and growth
• Curiosity about customer behaviour and data-driven decision making
• Collaborative mindset; mentoring and inclusive engineering culture
