- Drive AI deployments from discovery to production rollout end-to-end
- Embed with business and technical teams to identify high-value AI automation opportunities
- Produce pragmatic scopes, plans, and trade-offs for prototypes and live systems
- Design, build, test, and deploy production-grade agentic AI applications
- Reimagine functions as AI-native, agent-powered systems
- Collaborate with Roku data platforms, systems, and APIs across data sources
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering or technical deployment with production systems
- Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Strong fundamentals and ability to ship production code (Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-powered systems or agentic frameworks
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage open-ended problems with sound trade-offs
- Experience translating business needs to technical solutions and communicating to executives
