🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years backend/full-stack experience
• Experience delivering large, ambiguous systems end-to-end
• Strong full-stack skills with reliable backend services and good UI
• Ability to lead engineers and unblock complex projects
• Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork across systems
• Judgment for reliability, security, and maintainability
