Medical Lead CEE+

📋 Description

• Lead regional medical affairs planning and execution for Sobi products in CEE
• Drive KOL engagement and scientific data generation plus data communication
• Interface with Global Medical, Clin Dev, PV and other functions as needed
• Coordinate with country MSMs and regional team on medical plans and budgets
• Lead training, Congress/events and dissemination of clinical data regionally

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in medical-science or related field
• Deep therapeutic expertise and scientific excellence in designated disease state
• Strong experience with KOLs and HCPs; excellent presentation skills
• Experience in pre-launch and launch activities; multi-stakeholder leadership
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel ~30%
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking and project management
