📋 Description
- Lead regional medical affairs planning and execution for assigned products, aligning global
- Interface with Global Medical, Global Clin Dev, Global PV and others as per guidance from Line
- Advise country MSMs on medical plan execution and regional alignment; coordinate with regional team
- Partner with country managers and internal/external partners to drive strategic planning, budget
- Participate in internal project teams per Line Manager guidance; support staff rotations as needed.

- University degree in a medical-science background or related discipline.
- Demonstrated therapeutic competency and scientific excellence in designated disease areas.
- Strong scientific/medical reading, presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in both pre-launch and launch activities.
- Proven engagement with KOL networks and ability to exchange scientific information effectively with
- Multi-stakeholder project management and leadership experience with on-time, on-budget delivery.
