🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in commercial/tech/IP transactional or regulatory work; premier firm preferred
• In-house healthcare, medical devices, or digital health experience preferred
• Strong organizational/project management skills
• Proven ability to draft/negotiate complex legal documents
• Sound judgment, risk mitigation, and business collaboration
• Experience with HIPAA, FDA, FTC, healthcare compliance, IP
