📋 Description

• Lead Ripple's PQC migration program end-to-end
• Collaborate with XRPL Core, Payments, Custody, Secure platforms, and InfoSec
• Drive risk prioritization, tradeoffs, and migration execution
• Build dashboards to track progress, risks, and readiness
• Set up cross-org PQC working groups with named owners
• Influence and guide security-focused initiatives across teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in program management in complex enterprises
• Cryptographic fundamentals, including ciphers, hashing, signatures
• Experience with PQC, cryptographic migrations, security programs
• Data-driven decision making and risk management
• Cross-functional coordination and stakeholder influence
• Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets proficiency
