📋 Description

• Hybrid, full-time legal role based in New York, NY.
• Provide global compliance guidance, employment counseling, and manage disputes/litigation for a
• Partner with People Team and business units to implement practical compliance policies and risk
• Manage employment-related disputes, including contract, IP, privacy, and regulatory matters with
• Support expansion into international jurisdictions and evolving AI-related regulatory

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice.
• 4-7 years of experience in compliance, employment law and/or litigation.
• Strong business judgment and practical, solution-oriented legal advice.
• Process-oriented, with ability to improve policies, templates, and risk controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
• Willingness to work across time zones; some travel may be required.
