📋 Description

• Gathering required documentation from the borrower and third party vendors per policies.
• Reviewing the file to ensure documents align with loan app in system.
• Scan hard copy loan app to system for access by others.
• Understand underwriting submission requirements before submission.
• Order services needed on the file and track status to minimize delays.
• Address conditions after loan decision with internal/external parties for final approval.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a mortgage loan processor.
• Experience with high net worth/non-conforming/jumbo loans preferred.
• Ability to calculate income.
• Ability to review and interpret asset statements.
• Review and detect issues with Title and Appraisals.
• Strong communication, mortgage skills, analytical and organizational abilities.
