📋 Description

• Clinical Assistant (LPN or CMA) to join care team serving senior living communities.
• Pre-visit planning, chart prep, screenings, med reconciliation, and minor procedures under provider
• Collaborative nursing support with provider teams traveling to communities.
• In-field patient facing schedule with administrative day on Friday.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or CMA certification (CMA/RMA/CCMA).
• Active driver's license.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR navigation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in field settings and travel to patient sites.
