LPN- Hospital at Home, Overnights

📋 Description

• Provide skilled nursing at home for infants and children as part of HICU Health Services
• Work full-time overnight shifts in the New York area
• Collaborate with hospital care teams to transition care to home
• Deliver high-quality care in a team-based environment
• Infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care for pediatric patients
• Support families and promote children living at home

🎯 Requirements

• Current LPN license
• At least 1 year verifiable LPN experience
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience with infants/pediatrics required
• Demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care
