Baylor Weekends - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for adults
• Care for clients with tracheostomies and ventilators
• Weekend Baylor program shifts: 16 hours every other weekend
• Shifts eligible: 11:00 PM Fri to 7:00 AM Mon
• Trach/ventilator training available for clinicians
• Support from a clinical team and ongoing education

🎯 Requirements

• LPN license in good standing
• Willingness to perform home health visits
• Ability to work weekends every other week
• Football? (No) - ensure accuracy
• Strong patient-care and communication skills
• Electronic charting experience preferred
