📋 Description

• Lead national BAS field service operations across the United States
• Oversee BAS service, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and small projects
• Coordinate with remote BAS operations and customer onboarding
• Develop standards, processes, tools, and training for consistent service
• Act as escalation point for complex BAS issues
• Travel nationwide as required (approximately 30–50%)

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in BAS/ HVAC controls or related building systems
• 5+ years in service operations, leadership, or management
• Strong BAS service operations knowledge and field delivery
• Experience managing technicians or technical teams
• Understanding of HVAC systems, control sequences, and complex BAS troubleshooting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographic markets
