• Design and maintain Workbench components and patterns
• Own semantic/token architecture during Brand Refresh
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure coding alignment
• Contribute to AI tooling and documentation for LLMs
• Support design/engineering with days via Office Hours and reviews
• Document design decisions and component rationale

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in design systems on product teams
• 7+ years product design experience
• AI fluency with tools like Claude, Copilot
• Technical acumen; work with engineering plans
• Accessibility mindset per WCAG AA
• AI tooling knowledge in Figma, token usage, Github basics
