Senior Industrial Designer

📋 Description

• Bridge world-class design with manufacturing in Shenzhen/Dongguan/Guangzhou corridor.
• Collaborate with global design team and suppliers to take concepts from sketch to production.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals and feasibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial/Product Design or related field.
• 8+ years shipping physical products with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English (written/spoken) and Mandarin Chinese.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing facilities, ideally Pearl River Delta region.
• Strong CAD skills (Rhino, Pro-E/ Creo, SolidWorks) and 3D rendering (Keyshot or similar).
• CMF expertise; knowledge of injection molding, extrusion, die casting, surface finishing; strong
