- Hasbro is seeking a commercially driven Category Licensing Manager for the GSA region (Germany
- Own a portfolio of licensing categories, focusing on Lifestyle, Fashion and Home.
- Lead Direct-to-Retail (DTR) opportunities with key retailers and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop category strategies and go-to-market plans.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years' licensing experience in the GSA market.
- Strong business development, negotiation and account management skills.
- Experience with Lifestyle, Fashion and Home categories is desirable.
- Fluent German and English are required.
🎁 Benefits
- Base salary €71,800 - €107,000; bonus eligibility.
- Hybrid work model in Neu-Isenburg (3 days in office Tue-Thu).
