• Serve as a Virtuous expert, communicating complex functionality to customers and teams.
• Lead sessions to understand goals, evaluate processes, and propose solutions.
• Translate nonprofit fundraising goals into scalable Virtuous solutions.
• Advise on automation, segmentation, and personalization to boost donor value.
• Design donor engagement journeys with digital channels and insights.
• Assess system landscapes and integrations with other platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Five+ years in nonprofit-focused roles with fundraising ops knowledge.
• Hands-on nonprofit CRM, fundraising, or marketing automation experience.
• Consultative problem-solving with workflows and automation.
• Experience training customers with varying technical levels.
• Comfort with data, queries, reporting tools, and BI concepts.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
