📋 Description

• Maintenance Technician – EPA Certified at a residential community
• Perform work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry
• Maintain community appearance including grounds and amenities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Strong customer service mindset
• Independent worker and reliable team player
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
