Physical Therapy Assistant, Home Health

📋 Description

• Provide home health PTA services per visit in Keene, NH area
• Assist clients to attain/maintain physical well being with PTAs delegated by a licensed PT
• Perform treatment, tests, education, and interventions as directed
• Per visit care in Concord/Home Health field offices
• Work in adult and geriatric patient populations

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensure/certification in New Hampshire
• Two-year PTA program completion approved by APTA
• One year PTA experience and satisfactory proficiency exam (prior to 12/31/1977)
• Minimum one year under supervision of a qualified PT
