Technology Trainer – Anthropic Enablement

📋 Description

• Design, build, and improve 101 and 201 training curricula for Claude and Anthropic API.
• Develop enablement assets: decks, labs, guides, assessments, videos.
• Structure content for retention and behavior change using instructional design.
• Keep curricula current as Claude updates roll out and platform changes.
• Deliver live training virtually and in-person to internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Tailor content for audiences from non-technical to developers and solution architects.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical training, enablement, solutions engineering, or similar role.
• Strong API/integration foundation; hands-on with Claude or similar LLMs.
• Proven experience designing tiered curricula (101/201) for mixed audiences.
• Excellent virtual and in-person presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong instructional design; Anthropic Certified Trainer or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
