📋 Description
- Provide admin, procurement, material, and project coordination for KBS Building Automation Systems
- Coordinate BAS project documentation, material requirements, pricing, ordering, and tracking
- Support small repair and project quotations; maintain accurate project records
- Ensure technicians and project teams have correct materials when needed
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in project coordination, purchasing, or related technical environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, quotations, orders, and priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and related apps
- Attention to detail with accurate documentation
